The production process of autoclaved fly ash standard bricks and fly ash sand bricks includes the processing and treatment of raw materials, including batching, mixing, digestion, breaking up, screening, pressing and forming, static curing of stacking, autoclaving and steam curing, finished product inspection and stacking. Autoclaved fly ash brick fly ash and sand brick equipment can be produced according to the type and quality of raw materials and adopt different processes. The annual output of a single brick machine is 60 million pieces, and the number of brick machines can be increased to meet the production needs of different customers.

AAC (autoclaved aerated concrete) is a lightweight and environmental building material that is made of sand, fly ash, tailings, lime and cement with aluminum powder or paste and other materials, through the production process of raw material preparation, metering, pouring and precuring,  cutting, grouping and autoclaving, finished product packing. We can provide complete equipment with annual output 50,000, 100,000, 150,000, 200,000, 300,000 and 600,000 cubic meters. Control system could be fully automatic or semi-automatic.
